Also try pushing your head forwards by pressing the forehead with your hands. Also pointing your chin forward by keeping your upper body still and similar types of exercises will work like wonder for your double chin. Another way to get rid of double chin is to chew a sugar-free gum constantly as it keeps your jaws working constantly and thus reduce the excessive fat in these particular areas.
